Tips For Planning Easter Brunch

Easter brunch is one of my favourite Easter traditions, often spent at my husband’s parent’s house. There’s always an Easter egg hunt to start the day and get the kids excited then a yummy spread of all our favourites.

Being Polish, they always have their homemade Polish sausage and a few other traditional dishes, some other favourites and something new perhaps.

If you’re entertaining others for brunch, keeping the menu simple will save you a whole lot of stress. Choose a few dishes that you are familiar with, and that you are confident to make. Then mix in a couple of simple recipes to give your menu some extra flare.

Also, don’t feel like everything must be home-cooked either!

It’s fine to mix your homemade dishes with a few pre-made store items to save you time! You don’t want to get up at 3 am just to have everything ready in time for brunch!!

Alright, let’s get to the recipes.
