How To Make A Halloween Charcuterie Board

Here’s how I created this cute Frankenstein Halloween grazing board, but feel free to tweak it to make it your own:

Step 1: Make Banana Ghosts & Mini Pumpkins

apple shaped chopping board with bananas and mandarines.
  • Peel the bananas and cut each into three parts (discard or snack on the middle piece).
  • Press in two chocolate chips or candy beads for eyes, and add a small strip of licorice for a mouth.
  • For the pumpkins, peel and halve the mandarines, and top each with a small cucumber “stem.”

Step 2: Create Green Cucumber Ghosts

cucumber ghosts.
  • Slice cucumbers lengthwise into long wedges.
  • Use a sharp knife to carve little teeth along the edge.
  • Use a straw to cut out small circular eyes and mouths.

Step 3: Cut Cheese Ghosts

  • Use a large heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut “ghost” shapes from sliced cheese.
