Halloween Cheese Shapes Using Silicone Moulds
There are so many fun ways to use these Halloween cheeses – as a themed lunch box, part of your Halloween charcuterie board, a snack for the family at home, or on a skewer with meats or veggies for a ghoulish snack combo!
You can pair them with these mummy sausages.
All you need to make them is a themed silicone baking mould or ice cube mould, such as these jack-o’-lantern ones, but you can work with any shape or theme to suit your occasion. Spooky Halloween shapes, festive Christmas shapes, cute Valentine’s shapes… anything goes!
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or other easy-melting cheese)
- Fresh cucumber slices (peeled)
- 3 pretzel sticks
- A few parsley stems (leaves removed)
- ⅓ tsp chilli flakes (optional for a spicy kick)
How To Make Halloween Cheese Shapes
Step 1: Fill Your Moulds

Use a silicone Halloween mould (pumpkin, skull or jack-o’-lantern shapes work well). Fill each section with shredded cheese and gently press down to pack it.
Step 2: Melt the Cheese

Microwave on full power in 20-second bursts (usually 1–2 microwave cycles) until the cheese melts fully but doesn’t bubble. Sprinkle a pinch of chilli flakes in each mould if you like it spicy.
Step 3: Chill and Set

Let the cheese cool to room temperature, then refrigerate the moulds for about 1 hour, or until the cheese shapes are firm. Carefully remove and trim any extra edges with a sharp knife.
Step 4: Decorate Your Pumpkins
Place each cheese shape on a serving board. Add a small pretzel stick or piece of parsley stem for the pumpkin “stem” or decorate with a cucumber “leaf.”
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!

Add your cheese shapes to a spooky snack board with crackers, charcuterie meats, fruit trays and other fun treats. Or pop them into lunch boxes for a fun Halloween lunch box snack.
