The other template is a basic 30-day challenge tracker printable with 30 circles to mark off as you complete each task. This one is perfect if your challenge is simply about consistent action, such as journaling daily or going for a daily walk. This one is a lot more like a daily habit tracker.

Tips For Doing A 30-Day Challenge
A 30-day challenge can be fantastic motivation if you’re trying to build a new habit into your routine or go all in on something for a month. Some challenges are just for fun too, which means adding more joy into your life!
And while the list below might have you eager to try and stack as many different challenges into one month as you can manage, that’s typically a recipe for disaster!
Instead, choose a challenge that you know will fit within your current lifestyle and one that you do have the time and motivation for. Don’t just choose one because it might be a good idea. If you’re not committed, the challenge will be a flop right from the start.
And as far stacking different habits or challenges, you will usually have better success with a single new habit formation than you will with many so I wouldn’t recommend doing more than 2 or 3 max at a time.
Ideally, choose just one and go all in on that for 30 days and choose another the next month and so on. There’s enough inspiration below to fill a full 12 months… for several years!
